I’ve been a Director at CPA since its early days.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with local communities in Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, and Ethiopia. It’s been amazing to witness their resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity and to see their smiles.
Getting alongside people, being able to contribute to their progress and see them overcome obstacles to achieve their goals has been a real privilege. Seeing them empowered with a voice that is heard, has been a real joy.
